Yoho Park Hiking/Scrambling weekend

Yoho Provincial park is one of the most beautiful and panoramic areas in Canada. The trails and scrambles are outstanding.

We will leave Calgary on Friday evening and drive to Field where we will carcamp or tent. We leave at 5:30 pm Sharp. Please be on time as it is a long drive and first come first come, serve at the campground.

Saturday we will hike either the Iceline/ Whaleback trails depending on conditions or one of the longer trails. We will return too the campground afterwards.

Sunday we will do another long day of hiking - perhaps the Yoho Glacier trail.

There is still snow up at higher elevations so decisions will be made once there.

This will be 2 days of long hiking so the rated is moderate to difficult.

See link for trails descriptions.
