PLEASE READ INTIRE DESCRIPTION
trip desription:this will be a moderate hike along side a creek for some time including crossing it at some point,there will be some bushwacking involved also trail finding to the base of the mountain then we will ascend to the summit there will be a ridge walk involved with minimal exposer and hopes to have a great view of surrounding peaks in the area.(possible hands on scrambling)keep in mind this is bear country.
I will be staying at the misquito hostel on the Friday night and suggest calling and booking a bed as early as possible.
time: 7 to 10 hours,please keep in mind this is no hike in the park.slow to moderate pace.(and make no plans to be back in town at a given time.)

gear to bring:good boots,backpack,layers of clothing(no cottons),helmet,2 litres of water or more,something to eat,and a smile.HELMETS ARE MANDATORY
recommended: bear spray,hiking poles,gaiters,camera,first aid kit,sunscreen,bug spray.oh and hehe's and haha's
