Difficult scramble - Mt.Norquay

Mt. Norquay is one of the mountains overlooking Banff and those who ski are certainly familiar with it. It is supposed to be relatively short, but difficult scramble, so it won't be a trip for beginners. Weather for Sunday looks good with no rain in the forecast, therefore the scramble shouldn't harder than it needs to be. Rumour has it that in the near future acces to that area will only be via shuttle buses, so we should to go there when it is still free for all. All participants should be in good physical conditions and be able to handle difficult scrambling. Helmets on this trip are mandatory. If you don't bring one you'll sent home in shame. Those willing to participate, please, put yourself on the waiting list and I will add you manually, based on your experience and RSVP history. Group size will be limited to 6 persons.

REQUIRED GEAR: usual scrambling gear including helmet, sturdy hiking boots( no sneakers), layered clothing, rain gear if applicable and adequate amount of food and water.

RECOMMENDED STUFF: gaiters, hiking poles, bear spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, camera.

POSSIBLE HAZARDS: Fall, falling rock, ticks , bears, slippery conditions, unpredictable weather.

As always the trip is for the club members only. Please, ensure you have your 2013 membership paid or you won't allowed on the trip.

    Hey Pawel!
The second part of my comment was addressed to "So", one of the participants. It referred to his description of difficult scramble.
Call me on my cell if I can't find you tomorrow on Banff station.
    Do zobaczenia!

Can anyone pick me up from Banff LRT? I can make it to Shouldice regardless, but this would ease things for me significantly :)
