Climbing McHugh Bluff

Copying Christina's original Meetup to see if there's any interest for Thursdays.. Would really like to get into a habit of doing this and meet my fitness goals for 2013, but unfortunately Wednesday's doesn't work for me..

This meetup is open for anyone to join and push their limits by circuiting the McHugh Bluff Stairs. There is no set regimen; I'm looking to bring some new faces out and to get motivated and as a group to achieve our own personal fitness goals in one location.

You know the ones, just off Memorial overlooking downtown.

    I have a yoga class that finishes at 6:15 so I might come early and go early, but I will be *there*. See you soon.
    Rizwan - all levels come along. We do about 4-8 sets, takes maybe an hour. Just go until you're tired. You'll be fine.

    I was too busy and full of supper yesterday.
    BTW, can I ask how good are you guys at this. I was kind of feeling least skilled on the night skating event, however I would still go for another skating night again
