Come meditate with us, this is a weekly meeting for anyone interested in meditation or experienced with meditation. There are always tea and sometimes treats, please feel free to bring some food to share if you wish. We start the night with a short introduction meditation just to calm ourselves then there is a short break in which time i may give a topic for consideration. We follow the break with a 20 to 25 minute sit after which anyone who cannot stay the full time is able to leave early. There is then a break for tea and discussion and of course another meditation for about 30 minutes. there are a variety of chairs for people who cant sit cross legged and of course cushions for those who can. This is a great night to come if you are a new meditator.
