Got to help Tony & his buddy out of the HOT desert near Rattlesnake Canyon. Then, trekked out after nightfall to pick up Eric Neil on the NE side of Big Bear (Gold Mtn). BBTR even had a half-dozen dinners waiting for us once we arrived back late. Glad to help out fellow riders in need on the trail.

Put a stick through my radiator on the Rincon trail. Did a JB weld patch that at least got me out without over heating.

    • Mike U.

Dave, I have a brand new right radiator for my[masked] EXC. Maybe it will work for you.

Got plaque number eight on the hard route, finishing up the ride with some amazing new friends. I know it seems like we are all out there for ourselves to plaque but we always stop and ask how other people are doing when we see them along the way and help them when we can. Other riders safety is always a priority. We do see a lot of injured people on the hard route, so be careful!
