We are committed to working with film commissions, major studios, independent film makers, public and private organizations, unions, and all related government agencies to make the film production experience in California the best and most affordable it can be. We recognize the problems that lead to production companies taking their business out of state and we will strive to find solid solutions to those problems and to create new incentives to film and post here in California.

California has more film and television talent, both above and below the line, than anywhere else in the world.
