Join us for a special 5-course Culinary Art tasting held during Reno's Artown. Enjoy the world’s most exquisite gourmet foods, artfully prepared by Laurel Pine, one of the nation’s leading luxury food experts. Enjoyed in a gorgeous indoor garden setting, each of the five courses featured at our exclusive, sit-down culinary art tasting event will highlight one of five luxury foods: Russian caviar, summer truffles, foie gras, Wagyu beef and Iberico jamon. Professionally paired wines included. Menu includes: Mini Summer Truffle and Arugula Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Poached Oyster with Leeks, Cream and Black River Caviar, Sweet and Sour Iberico Jamon de Bellota Salad, Wagyu Beef Strip Loin with Burmese Red Rice, Porcini Mushrooms, and Mushroom Puree, and Foie Gras Crème Brûlée.
