PV Ride (Palos Verdes) 20-30 mil, interm-adv & workout after(if you like)

Early Morning to have all Sunday !!!

Pls be ready to roll by 7:00 !!!

The ride will vary depending who show's up but normally would be the "donut ride" going up to Malaga , then all the coast towards Trump national golf course, going up the swithcbacks then come back down and back to malaga ...

Or if you feel like "goats" we can climb and climb and climb or we can stay on flats !!! or do a neighborhood "sightseeing"

What to expect: Gorgeous Views, Great riding up and down !!! Camaraderie and a decent riding pace 17-20mph on the flats .. and of course as many tips as this 2 year vet can give you

Then if you feel like having a complete body workout, then you can join me for a circuit training that starts at 9:00 AM at the beach with my team of health coaches !!! guarantee to have a blast !!!

Parking: Avenue H is free or you can park @ the beach but be mindfull of the meters
