Tonight we will be doing two guided meditations; the first one is a guided journey and the second is a guided healing white light meditation. Both are extremely relaxing.
Stressed? Tired? Had a busy month? Come along to the Relaxation Room; put your feet up and chill out with Vanessa and Ian. Very friendly, informal group; we try out various techniques such as different types of meditation, chanting, zapper. You can also bring your own relaxation tecnhniques to share. You will be very relaxed at the end of the session. Non-religious and no previous experience required. Everyone welcome; feel free to bring a friend.
We have changed the format slightly; the evening will start with a brief discussion on a relaxation/meditation topic of your choice. Please feel free to make suggestions of anything you would like to discuss. We will then have a meditation and there will also be some time to chat to other members at the end of the session should you wish to do so. Tea and coffee will be provided if you would like some.
Go into Lobby of Royal Mail House and up first flight of stairs. There will be a door to the right at the top of the stairs with a row of doorbells. Press the doorbell to the right marked Group Room and someone will collect you.
