Supernatural Family Drama
Joe, played by Colin Firth, mourning the recent loss of his wife, takes his two young daughters to live in Italy to rebuild their lives. Over their first Italian summer before school starts, the eldest girl discovers love for herself, and the youngest tries to work through her grief in her own way. Genova is a sensitively told story of a family trying to adapt to their new situation and to reconnect with each other.

Screen St Ives is the community cinema for the town, based at the St Ives Corn Exchange. It was founded in 2011 by ACE – Friends of St Ives Corn Exchange, to enable the screening of films for the benefit of the whole community.
Their programme of monthly screenings covers a wide variety of films, with the aim of promoting access to cinema, encouraging interest in film as an art form, and fostering a stronger sense of community within St Ives and the surrounding area.
Each screening includes a brief introduction and an optional post-film discussion group encourages people to talk about the merits of the movie shown.
