Good session and some very good discussion - sorry I had to leave early. Hope the rest of it went well.

So sorry but I've been caught up in London working. Very disappointed. How it goes well and that we arrange the next one soon!

Sorry. The timing conflicts with the University Buddhist group meeting.

Thanks for letting us know David, enjoy. Another time perhaps.

Great, I shall bring the book. Are we meeting meeting downstairs?

If there is room for 5 of us upstairs then I think we should go there, but I doubt there will be. We will probably have to meet downstairs.

Looking forward to seeing you guys tomorrow, no worries if you're a bit late or can't stay for the whole thing, we'll adapt as we go. Damian, your offer of bringing some exercises would be really great, thankyou.

Hi All, I've just done the NVC course this weekend with Peter. Would love to get together with others to practice. If you are looking for suggestions for the evening, I've got the NVC Workbook which has practice group exercises and session outlines.
Look forward to see you then.
    Damian.

I just realised the mistake I had made :-) The book club and the NVC practice on the same night would be a bit much! I will ask if we can somehow be part of the urban retreat!

Apologies for taking so long to set this event up! I have been so busy. I was worried that I was going to have to end up scheduling it on a date that fell outside of the range that Pete and Jeremy have so considerately filled out.

I am going enquire about making this an event at the Cambridge Buddhist Centre instead of CB1 - this seems like a it could be a real possibility but we'd have to be aware that the Thursday night dropins are starting at 7.30 and we'd also be asked to consider making a donation to the running costs of the centre.

More to come when I find out if we can do that or not.

What's to be discussed with respect to "non-violent communication?"

Hi David. This was a follow-up session from a weekend course that a few of us did, as we felt it'd be good to get together and revisit it. The same course is being re-run at the start of november if you are interested - http://www.cambridgeb...

Hi David, non-violent communication is a technique or a framework originating from Marshall Rosenberg. I'd echo Pete's recommendation of the course at the buddhist centre. Here is some more information about Mr Rosenberg: http://www.cnvc.org/a...

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
