I have some experience of meditation through Buddhist and Hindu (Syddha Yoga) workshops and retreats and from sitting at home. Also in the context of Holotropic Breathwork Training (Jack Kornfield). I don't practice meditation consistently.
I would be interested to hear about people's experience / understanding of Kundalini as it spontaneously emerges through meditation or in (e.g.) Holotropic Breathwork. Has it been an issue for anyone and how do you live with / make sense of that experience?
I am not a fully fledged Buddhist (though sympathetic to the teachings). I like the idea of joining a network of people who share a general, spiritual understanding, which may engage in community action. I work long hours so time is a problem ...
