3D Game Level Design with Unreal Engine and Adobe CC - Introduction - Part 1/2

Introduction to
3D Game Level/Environment Design
with Unreal Engine and Adobe CC
PART 1/2

This time we will explore 3D Game Level Design using the Unreal Engine. This is the first of two sessions that will take us from the basics of using the "Unreal Editor" for Level/Environment Design all the way to using Adobe CC tools for assets and textures required for our designs.

Christopher Morris, one of our members who has spent quite some time digging into these tools will be presenting some exciting slides with loads of hints and clues.

Join us on Thursday to learn more about Level Design, Unreal Engine, Adobe CC, but more than anything else for fun!

* NOTE: For the 2nd part of this presentation in August we will have a free 12-months Adobe CC membership raffle to give away to one of the attendees. This means the winner of the raffle will be able to use all the latest Adobe products for 12 months for free. If you can't make it to the 2nd part make sure you come to this one and leave your name to take part in the draw.

I was hoping this would have been a more practicle demonstration of how artists can get there work into UDK, however I was enlightened into the theory of level design and am gratefull for it and came away with a far greater understanding of the backend of game design which I had only a basic understanding off. I will be attending the next one.
