The UK Department of Education has just published the draft national curriculum for public consultation for Key Stage to Key state 4, Ages 5 to 16.
The more relevant note is that "Computing replaces ICT and is proposed to be a statutory requirement part of the curriculum up to and including Key Stage 4".
