Demoing apps

After January's meetup, someone mentioned that it would be great if we could connect a video camera to that big screen for demoing apps. The traditional solution appears to be a "document camera", kind of like a digital overhead projector. They cost £100s, but they work well.

I did some googling and found a more affordable solution: the IPEVO Point 2 View.

Has anyone used one of these, or have any alternative solutions? Ideally I'm looking for something that works on Mac as well as PC.
