Sound and Walking Meditations

We will do a 15 minute sound meditation, in which we pay mindful attention to ambient sounds, followed by 5 minutes of walking meditation, in which we pay attention to the feelings in our feet as we walk slowly in a circle around the room.

The meditations will be followed by a discussion

    Hi everyone, I am very interested in coming to a meditation but have not done so yet because I have always something else at 7.35 (a class) and feel bad if I come and gone before everyone else---is it possible for me to just come to the first 20-30mins of the session?

      If you just want to drop by for 20 minutes, today might be a good day to do it. We're doing a sound meditation, so even if you need to leave in the middle and are a bit noisy in doing so, those are just sounds that we can pay attention to mindfully!
