Face Meditation

In this meditation, you can do your favorite silent meditation--perhaps mindfulness of breath or sound. The one additional instruction is to relax the muscles around the mouth and eyes. This can help reduce inner speech and mental imagery.

 

After the meditation, we'll have a discussion. We may also go out for a bite to each afterwards.
