Mindfulness of Breath or Sound

Join us on Tuesday (don't forget to vote first if you're registered to vote) for a mindfulness meditation on the breath or sound (your choice).

After the meditation, we'll have a discussion. Then we'll go out for a bite to eat afterward.

At our last discussion, we talked about some scientific research on the difference between moment-to-momnent happiness and having a sense of meaning. Here is the paper I referred to:
