Compassion (Tonglen) Meditation

Join us for a meditation in which we bring to mind someone's suffering on the in-breath, and evoke compassion on the out-breath. This is based on the Tibetan practice of Tonglen, which we did a few months ago.

We'll have a discussion after the meditation. Then, we'll go out for a bite to eat in Harvard Square
