Breath/Sound Meditation

Please join us for a 20-minute meditation in which we pay mindful attention to the breath or to sound (your choice).

After the meditation, we'll have a discussion.

We usually go out for a bite to eat afterwards in Harvard Square, and you are welcome to join us.
