Mindfulness of Breath/Sound

Since the Humanist Hub is not ready, we'll be meeting for a meditation in Sever Hall in Harvard Yard. We'll be in Room 304

http://ims.fas.harvard.edu/classrooms/room.php?rm=rm0153

We'll be doing a 20 minute meditation in which one can pay attention to breath or sound (your choice).

We'll have a discussion after the meditation.

Afterward, if there is interest, we'll go out for a bite to eat in Harvard Square.

Here's a map of Harvard Yard. If you're facing Mem Church (the building with a steeple) with your back to the library, Sever will be on your right: http://www.map.harvard.edu/

And here's a photo of the building in daylight--note distinctive arch at entrance.

I'll do my best to be there by 7, but might be a little late. Getting off red line at Harvard Sq. - hope I can find the new place...

I'll check around 8:15, and should be able to make it around 8:45 if folks are staying after.

Consider me a "strong maybe"--I'm on campus until 6 but would like to see everyone. Playing it by ear this week.
