On Sunday, we will practice mindful eating. This exercise is often done with raisins, but I was recently given some Swiss chocolate bars, so we'll use that.
We'll start with 15 minutes of mindfulness of breath meditation, and then in a mindful state, experience eating using all our senses. Believe me, it enhances the experience.
