It was a joy practicing and talking with everyone at the meetup this evening.
The suggested collective activity this week is a seeing practice. Try to take a few moments 2 or 3 times during your day. Take a moment and invite your body and mind to relax. After settling in, bring your attention to seeing what is around you. Try to keep a relaxed, receptive attitude as you notice your surroundings. If one object calls to you, maybe rest your sight on that object. If you notice your mind sliding into ideas about what you are seeing, gently refocus your attention on seeing with a fresh perspective. There are a lot of beautiful things to see outside this time of year. I hope you enjoy this practice.
