What Cambridge Zen Center is saying about this Meetup Group

This meetup is for people who would like to get the basics to learn Zen Buddhist meditation. It's a supportive, non-threatening way to explore and find out if this practice is for you. The group ranges from a few people to a dozen or more each week. There is always time for your questions at each meetup. Immediately following the introductory class all are invited to attend a short dharma talk given by a zen student on a different topic each week. The talk ends with a question and answer period where members of the audience are encouraged to ask the teacher any question they like. Attendance is always free.

  • Hello, I am Ana, I would like to know if there is a retreat coming. I attended the last 3 day retreat and I had a great spiritual experience.
I would like to connect with Beth, if possible.
    Thank you
