Very lovely group of people with a sense of both real "fire" and compassion. The Dharma Talks resonate on a deep level as you go about your week. This is good food for the spirit and inner self..the you before the "you."

Hi, C -- Welcome to our Meetup group! Great to see another person interested in mindfulness. I took a full-year training (2010-11) focused on integrating mindfulness into psychotherapy. Another regular attendee at this Meetup also has taken that training. Hope you'll be able to make our next presentation, on Saturday, February 25th. It's a friendly group, with great conversations.
