This month we're welcoming Martin Bond to Cambridge Darkroom to talk about his amazing street photography.
Martin is a full time photographer who is reluctant to use the term ‘professional’ since he is self taught and plagued with insecurity. He is dumbfounded and very grateful that he manages to earn a good living taking pictures on behalf of surprisingly prestigious clients who obviously know no better (www.martinbond.com).
This work helps to fund his passion for street photography. Now in his fourth year of a 365 project, which sees him to take a portrait picture a day on the streets of Cambridge, he publishes daily to his website at www.acambridgediary.co.uk and also on his Facebook page.
He will arrive at the Cambridge Darkroom meeting on Thursday 31st October armed only with a brief portfolio slideshow and a candid account of all his mistakes which he hopes will benefit those who attend.
It's going to be fun - looking forward to seeing you all.
