Please join us for our next gaming event! We will be returning to A Taste of Latin. PLEASE NOTE THE TIME CHANGE.

We are definitely invited back, to paraphrase Peter (one of the co-owner's husband). They were very happy to know we wanted to come back.

The games we play are much different than the board games you played growing up. Some of them will give your brain a very satisfying workout due to the high level of strategy and low amount of luck. Others are totally dripping with theme (pirates, zombies, monsters, etc) that involve more luck and direct player conflict.

We have a growing collection of games on hand, but if you have a new (or old) boardgame you think fits the bill, by all means bring it along (as long as you'll teach us)!

So... let's have some fun rolling dice, placing tiles, or drawing cards - and enjoy some face-to-face interaction! It really isn't about whether you win or lose (at least not entirely). It is about having a great evening, trying to win some of the time, and always playing better the next time! smile

Just to be clear: we don't play Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble, Uno, Yahtzee, etc. Please see our  About Us page for more information on the types of games we play.

Great location - lots of space, private room, good lighting. Food was good and many items on the menu were inexpensive.

Weather related work issues kept me from attending, catch you next time!

O.K. I really do plan on coming. If I don't show up it would be the fact that my daughter is getting her learners permit this morning. She will be driving me back to her school. Needless to say I'm a bit worried. :)

Had a great time playing Age of Empires with Jeff, JJ, and David. I was having so much fun with all the banter that I didn't even mind losing. :)

The only thing better than playing Stone Age is getting to play Stone Age twice in one night!

I bought Tigris and Euphrates from John Logstreet. I'd like to play; I have not before. It's a decidedly 4 player game, as I recall. Anyone interested? Or anyone know the game? It's popular I hear

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
