Please join us for our next gaming event!

The games we play are much different than the board games you played growing up. Some of them will give your brain a very satisfying workout due to the high level of strategy and low amount of luck. Others are totally dripping with theme (pirates, zombies, monsters, etc) that involve more luck and direct player conflict.

We have a growing collection of games on hand, but if you have a new (or old) boardgame you think fits the bill, by all means bring it along (as long as you'll teach us)!

So... let's have some fun rolling dice, placing tiles, or drawing cards - and enjoy some face-to-face interaction! It really isn't about whether you win or lose (at least not entirely). It is about having a great evening, trying to win some of the time, and always playing better the next time! smile

Just to be clear: we don't play Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble, Uno, Yahtzee, etc. Please see our  About Us page for more information on the types of games we play.

I was going to bring Lifeboats, a negotiation game where players vote to determine which boat will move closer to shore and whose sailors will remain in the boats that have yet to sink. I was also going to bring Red Dragon Inn 2, a card game to pass the time.

Luke, I'd like to try Lifeboats. Saw it was offered at GenCon and was going to sign up for it, but it wasn't available when I was free. It sounded interesting and I'd like to learn it.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
