Please join us for our next gaming event! And pizza!

The games we play are much different than the board games you played growing up. Some of them will give your brain a very satisfying workout due to the high level of strategy and low amount of luck. Others are totally dripping with theme (pirates, zombies, monsters, etc) that involve more luck and direct player conflict.

We have a growing collection of games on hand, but if you have a new (or old) boardgame you think fits the bill, by all means bring it along (as long as you'll teach us)!

So... let's have some fun rolling dice, placing tiles, or drawing cards - and enjoy some face-to-face interaction! It really isn't about whether you win or lose (at least not entirely). It is about having a great evening, trying to win some of the time, and always playing better the next time! smile

Just to be clear: we don't play Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble, Uno, Yahtzee, etc. Please see our  About Us page for more information on the types of games we play.

Finally played King of Tokyo great simple game and a must if you enjoy giant monsters terrorizing Tokyo. Next game was a game under development by Chris Leader, I cannot recollect the name of the game. Word game with tiles for those who dislike Scrabble. I liked it and lost by one point in the final round. Last game we had a foursome for Village. It was a learning game as I explained the gameplay to the others. I missed up the Chantry scoring and the proper use of the stations in the Council. Neither really had an impact on the final scoring. It seemed like the game was favorably received by the others.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
