Atheists of the Puget Sound St. Baldrick's Drive

So here is the deal: every 3 minutes, a kid is diagnosed with cancer. 

While drug companies spend tons of money on research for adult cancer, they spend 0 on childhood cancers which are different than adult cancers!

Less than 4% of the money the government spends on cancer research is devoted to childhood cancer.

Basically, it comes down to donations.

St. Baldrick's participants shave their heads to raise money and awareness of the funding gap in childhood research. Donations are one of the only things driving the research that saves the lives of so many children! Please consider participating in this drive by joining the Atheists of the Puget Sound team either by donating or becoming a shavee.
