Great Brain Hackers of the past includes the likes of Sir Isaac Newton. Who through the use of sleep modification and meditation gave himself more brain capacity. Its true that meditation is an art, but it is an art with a science. Classic music was an old attempt to modify the human mind with sound and frequencies and that now this method is perfected with a science called Binaural beats. I am a 60 year old woman that was uprooted from CA four years ago when my husband got transferred here. It has been good to learn about a new place: new people, places and weather. I write poetry, walk, bike, eat chocolate, meditate, and dance Zumba.
I think it would be awesome to get the kids involved and speaking out about their view from an early age so they never have to "come out"
