SUNDAY MORNING TRAINING RIDE

Our Sunday morning NO Drop training ride. Mileage and speeds will be determined depending on riders. We usualy have to groups, one group doing about 20MPH and up the C group will do about 15 to 18 MPH. WE NEED TO GET IN SHAPE, our ride season is in full swing with 2 or 3 Zmotion's 30 or 50 miles rides every month....Please arrive by 6:45am pedals up at 7:00am. Thank you
