Guys and Girls,
This is our weekly mountain bike ride. We generally ride 2 laps(around 12 miles) at a moderate pace with a break halfway for water and nutrition. This is single track trail riding and you should expect loose terrain, rocks, logs, tight turns and a good workout. A firm grasp of bike controls like braking, turning and shifting along with protective gear is recommended. Helmets are required. Look for the Bike Tech vehicle, I bring cold water, nutrition samples as well as basic tools, air and tubes. This is not a nighttime ride, lighting is not required. We ride rain or shine, however we will not ride if there is active lightening or extreme trail saturation due to rain.
