Are you sure that camping is allowed thier? I thought last year when I was there is was posed "NO CAMPING"

Yes We camp there all the time and we checked with the Rangers and they said it's fine if we keep the fire small......

The little signs that say no camping means no camping "Beyond-Parking lot" as they don't want people going out in the desert and setting up and disturbing the wild-plants. I asked about that as well. We try not to disturb anything when we camp and leave it like we were never there. :o)) I haven't been up there since last fall so I don't know if they posted any new signs this year or not...

"ALL" "WELL BEHAVED" PETS ARE WELCOME... ALL PETS MUST BE ON "SHORT" LEASH IN AND AROUND CAMPSITE 100% OF THE TIME! DO NOT LET YOUR ANIMAL GO INTO OTHER PEOPLES SPACES AT ALL...YOU ARE WELCOME TO TAKE YOUR ANIMAL AWAY FROM THE CAMPSITE TO LET RUN FREE. BUT WITHIN 200FT OF CAMP SITE, THEY MUST BE ON LEASH! YOUR ANIMAL MUST BE QUIET AT NIGHT, AND "YOU" WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PETS ACTIONS!! ALSO, ALL "LOUD-GENERATORS" MUST BE SHUT OFF AFTER 11:30PM-8:00AM SO EVERYONE CAN GET SOME SLEEP AND HAVE A GOOD TIME!! THANKS!

First off, I posted it as a Camping, and maybe some trail riding/Hiking event. Just because it's posted in "CampandQuad" doesn't mean you have to "BOTH" all the time! Some times you want to go out for the day on a quad, so you "DON'T" have to campout!! I expect everyone that signs up to be an "ADULT" with common sense. So if you see a restriction for Generators from 11:30PM-to 8:00AM and you have a Noisy Quad, or Dirt-Bike, and you need to hit the trails "Before" 8:00AM "DON'T PARK NEAR THE CAMPSITE"!! It's not Rocket science! So don't park next to a "TENT" with people sleeping and fire it up at 7AM! Or you won't be allowed back... As far as Singles goes, if you sign up on a single site then you need to look at who sign up from that site before you leave. (They are the only "Single" people going to be there!) And even if they are on the "Single" site they may already have a Boyfriend/Girlfriend!! These Meetups I'm doing are "NOT" Dating Meetups!! They are just have some "FUN" meetups!!

Cross posting events can offer 2 groups benefits.Other groups required if someone is going to cross post they must disclose. The demographics of each group can be very different. For example if you invite a singles group people assume everyone is single. The last meetup I attended of the camp and quad group, when I first arrived I noticed only one other person had an ATV. The other site this event is posted on it is portrayed as a camping trip. It does not even use the words Quad or ATV in the listing. Nothing is wrong with a camping trip of singles.Nothing is wrong with an Camp and Quad group with 'Most Members will have toy Hauler' going camping. If you invite both groups without telling the other - A non ATV'er sleeping in a back of a pick up truck - Might not be happy with Roaring Machines playing. The rules you posted on this trip is not the even posted in the other group. I would suspect in an Camp and Quad group-staring an engine for a 7AMride would not been a problem?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
