As you first enter we will be on the "Left" side of the main road,
right "Before" bathroom 10

Pulled by a Red Dodge 3500 Dually
With An “Earth” Flag ...
If you arrive at nite,
We will have Red and Blue Flashing Beacons on the Roof.

Expect 1,000’s of Toyhaulers.
So if it will be easier for you...
Another way would be to call us
either w/ an ETA before you head out of Vegas,
or when you arrive at the front entry to Dumont...
One of us can meet you upfront at the pay station…
And show you to camp…
I know it can be overwhelming the first time out to dumont…
So you might want to bring our cell #’s with you,
So that you can call, in the event you can’t locate us…
Phone service is sketchy at Dumont…
we’ve found that the best reception can be found
either near Vendors row or near the pay station upfront…

Rules & Fee’s
All Vehicles must have spark arrester
(exempt if equipped with a muffler)
Helmets are required for ATV's and Motorcycle entrants.
Entry fee into Dumont for a weekly pass is…
$30 for a for any non-holiday week
$40 for a pass that includes a holiday
And for a yearly pass it is..
$90 for an annual pass with holiday black-out dates
$120 for an annual pass that includes holidays
Annual passes are good from Oct 1, 2009- Sept 30, 2010
All California Off-Road Vehicles must have a "Green/Red Sticker"
Displayed on their atv/ sand rail/ rhino or Dirt Bike
they are $29 and good for a year

During Dune Season
(winter months thru early spring)
we will hit primarely Dunes,
Then, around late March thru early
October we will shift gears and do Mostly Trails...

** By attending any event,
all participants waive any legal rights against the event’s organizers, and agree to the following:
You fully understand and acknowledge that all activities and conduct relative to Off-Highway Vehicles, including All-Terrain Vehicles (“ATVs”), are inherently dangerous activities with the potential for death, serious injury and property loss.
The risks include, but are not limited to,
those caused by terrain, natural plant and animal life, facilities, temperature, weather, equipment, vehicles, traffic, remote location, actions of other people (including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, Ride Masters, club officers, and/or government agency officials), lack of nutrition, lack of hydration and failure to use ATV riding gear and apparel, (including, but not limited to, a helmet, eye protection, chest protector and boots.)
In Attending and/or participating in this or ANY activities and events sponsored or in any way connected with CAMP AND QUAD (“a non profit meetup club”),
I hereby take action for myself…
And my executors, administrators, heirs, representatives, next of kin, successors and assigns as follows:
(A) I Acknowledge that my participation in ANY and ALL “CAMP AND QUAD meetup club”
related activity is purely voluntary and no one is forcing me to participate in spite of the risks
(B) I Acknowledge that I am solely responsible for determining, among other things, what
equipment, supplies, vehicle and apparel I utilize while participating in any CAMP AND QUAD related activity
(C) I Acknowledge that my participation in ANY off road vehical including ATV activity connected with CAMP AND QUAD does not relieve me from obeying the laws of the land, including but not limited to, lands controlled by the Bureau of Land Management, State Trust Land, National Forest Service, Border Patrol, local sheriff’s departments or public law enforcement officers
(D) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE FOREVER FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me, CAMP AND QUAD, its organizers, family members, agents, employees, managers, officers, Ride Masters, directors, instructors, volunteers, members, successors and assigns (collectively “Releasees”)
(E) and I WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE TO INDEMNIFY AND NOT TO SUE the Releasees from any and all rights, suits, actions, judgments, damages or costs, and claims, including claims arising from the Releasees’ own negligence (except for claims arising as a result of Releasees gross negligence or willful misconduct), that may result by reason of any and all damages which may be sustained by me, or by others as a result of my actions, directly or indirectly, in connection with or arising out of my participation in or association with an CAMP AND QUAD activity or event.
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment, which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during a CAMP AND QUAD activity or event. I am aware that CAMP AND QUAD does not carry insurance, and I am responsible for my own insurance protection. I understand that while participating in any CAMP AND QUAD activity or event I may be Photographed, and I agree to allow my photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by CAMP AND QUAD and/or the photographer. This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
By attending and /or participating in ANY club outing or event,
I am hereby certifying that I have read this document and I understand its content.
