Public transport and the bicycling way of life. Recycling mentality. The change it's gone through in the last 10 years. What I hate about Berlin: the Berliner Schnauze (also known as der Berliner-Humor). Some people think it charming. Hello?
Cottage Country! Driving to the lake on a holiday weekend and finding only a handfull of people there. My family. Snow and brilliant sunshine both on the same day.

"that's a shame that you won't be able to attend the finissage but if it this helps, I will be hosting the opening of our next exhbition on the 2nd Dec. if you want to attend but no Canadians except me. This time I will exhibit an Austrian artist with a reading of her poetry (although all in German). Place- the gallery, time from 19:00-21:00. cheers Lori"
"Kevin, your suggestion sounds like a good idea. I don't get enough Canadian humour here, eh? How about proposing it as a Meetup activity to Isabelle?"
