Meetup Bootcamp

Ever wondered what Bootcamp was all about? Here is your chance!

With the warmer weather on the way and as we all embark on heading outdoors again after another frosty Canberra winter it is time to enjoy the great outdoors again with great company, have some fun and at the same time improve fitness!

Better still being on a Saturday you will feel refreshed and ready for the remainder of the weekend! Let’s do it!

WHEN

Meetup Bootcamp will start on Saturday 31 August 2013!

The sessions will run for 5 weeks consecutively on Saturdays as follows:

• Saturday 31 August 2013

• Saturday 7 September 2013

• Saturday 14 September 2013

• Saturday 21 September 2013 (I will be unavailable but the trainers will be available)

• Saturday 28 September 2013

TIME

The Meetup Bootcamp will be held at 7:30am and runs for one hour. I will be hosting a 7:30am during the 5 week trial.

WHERE

Sessions are held at Mount Taylor Reserve in Kambah. There is a car park at Sulwood Drive on the intersection of Mannheim St.

When you park your car there is a gate and a short walk up the hill to our meeting point which is near the base of the path to the top of Mount Taylor.

Given the sessions will start at 7:30am it is recommended you arrive at least 15 mins earlier (particularly the first week!) to ensure the session starts on time.

THE TRAINERS

This Meetup will use the trainers Definition Fitness for the 5 week period. If you want to see more visit their website at http://www.definefitness.com.au/.

FITNESS

The trainers will run sessions according to your goals and levels of fitness. There are a range of trainers catering for different fitness levels. The bootcamp training system incorporates bodyweight exercises and cardio fitness.

PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS

It is important that you advise the trainers of any pre-existing medical conditions to ensure that your training experience is as fun, enjoyable and safe as possible. The trainers will discuss this with you individually.

COST, REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

The cost for the 5 week Saturday trial is $60.

WEATHER

The sessions will run regardless of the weather. That is, sessions will run for the 5 week period as listed above.

NO SHOWS

It will be up to you to discuss your issues directly with the trainers in individual exceptional circumstances. However please be aware that a no show will mean that you have forfeited that session.
