The morning session is filling up fast so we have now added an AFTERNOON SESSION on the same day
Burnelee Excursions out at Murrumbateman will once again be our hosts for this adventure. The 2 hour trail ride will suit both beginners and more experienced riders. They have 3,500 acres of bushland and grazing land that they run trail rides through, and the weather on the day will determine the route we take. Here is a link to the brochure.
This sounds awesome! How do I sign up?
The cost for this activity will be $83. You can pay by clicking on the paypal link next to the price below, or pay by direct deposit into my bank account (email me for the details if you don't already have them).
So that Burnelee can match horses to riders I have come up with the following options. When you RSVP you will be asked for what option number you would like to suit your experience leve and your weight. I will update this list as the RSVP's come in so you can see what is still available. First in, best dressed! (please note the weight limit and the experience level is for YOU, not the horse )
Horse 1. Beginner around 55kg or less RESERVED
Horse 2. Beginner around 60kg or lessRESERVED
Horse 3. Beginner around 60kg or lessRESERVED
Horse 4. Beginner around 90kg or less RESERVED
Horse 5. Beginner around 110kg or less RESERVED
Horse 6 Beginner around 110kg or less RESERVED
Horse 7. Intermediate 95kg or less
Horse 8. Experienced
Horse 9. Experienced
Horse 10. Experienced
Horse 11. Experienced
Horse 12. Experienced
Note: Beginners are those that have never ridden before, Intermediate are those who have ridden but not for a long time, Experienced are those who not necessarily ride alot but are at least confident on a horse. When you RSVP you will also be asked what riding experience you have had previously.
If you have always wanted to try horse riding then this is the ideal opportunity. Similarly, if you have ridden horses before then come and try this trail ride (and show the rest of us how it is done!).
What to wear
Burnelee will supply us with helmets. Dress for the weather, and if you have a pair of boots with small heels (so they don't slip through the stirrups) wear them too. Burnelee do have some boots available for us to use, but if you have your own please bring them.
If you have any questions, please email me direct.
