Earlier in the year, we walked part of the Murrumbidgee from Kambah Pools to Red Rocks Gorge. Let's start at Pine Island and head up to the gorge this time.
I think the walk will take about 1.5-2 hours, but I don't really know! If it turns out too short, we can always walk further.

my mapping reading skill got me lost, resulting me arriving 10min after the walk started, thanks to Tess to come back to take me, then we never seemed to catch up with the group. was nice scenery.

Sorry, I'm still unwell, I'm sure you don't want my cold.:-(
Meet at Pine Island Reserve (North) at 8am. I don't imagine there will be too many people there at 8am so we should be easy enough to find. The usual 10 minute rule will apply i.e. we'll leave the carpark at 8.10am. If you're late, just follow the noise and I'm sure you'll find us.

No worries Leslie. I've never been there before either! I was intending to meet at the 'loop' at the end of the road labelled Pine Island North on the Google Maps.
Thanks... looking forward to it!
Do you have an emergency beacon so I can find you?!
Hi Zara, it's off Athlon drive, just look for a big group of people.

I would like a 8am walk every Sunday
So it's next month?

Yup. Sunday October 21.
Can someone indicate the proposed path? I'm not familiar with these locations.

Hi Matt, The pdf I've just added should help a little. See the Point Hut and Pine Island map and the Kambah pools map.
This Meetup group is for people interested in improving their health by putting one foot in front of the other and to be sociable whilst walking.
We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
