Not for the faint-hearted. This was a tough walk with steep climbs and descents to get to the restored house Nil Desperandum. Wonderful views, and great destination.

Hi all , okay the park is closed today ( Friday ,but will be opened Saturday and for Sunday this will be assessed tomorrow and determine forecast for Sundays walk .I will keep you all Upto date tomorrow once Sundays forecast by the rangers has been done..

Hey, make sure you check Tidbinbilla is open. It is currently closed until Sat due to fire risk. I'll sit this one out, as it is probably too hard for me for now, but hope to join something soon.

But I will not be able to make it to the event, as the bus service from Woden to Tuggeranong starts only by 8:10 am on Sundays. So I will not be able to reach Hyperdome before 8. I will join next time.

I will do a pickup from the parking area in front of the Vinnies store next to the Hyperdome. On the basis of the 0830 RV at the Visitor Centre, I will be there about 0740, and leave no later than 0745.

I only have three places, and it looks like Ping, Yad Kherha and Raksha Prasad will take these. Anyone else wanting to car pool will need to make other arrangements.

Hi there Doug, Ping was a little worried finding Tidbinbilla and said if she was worried to phone me and I would meet her at the hyperdome carpark.So far she hasn't rsvp but if you want you can pick her up as no one else has indicated they would like to car pool from Tuggeranong.
