Haven't been to Bryan Park lately? Then this is your lucky hike day! Let's get together and hike the beautiful park together- this park has made a wonderful comeback in the last 8 years and is worth the visit. There are nice, clean trails and a mix of road. We will hike Jordan's Branch trail and make a water stop so the pups can cool off!
There are over 260 acres in this park, but we will only cover about 2 miles. Obviously, we will be back for some more exploration!
Enter the park through the main entrance, stay straight down the hill. At the bottom, go left across the stone bridge and up the hill. Continue straight, staying to the right. Soccer fields and children's playground will be on your left, turn right into the first parking lot. You will see a shelter diagonal to the parking lot. I have a black SUV with the back hatch up, Weston will be hanging out the back too.
This will be an on-leash hike. As always, wear good shoes and be alert. Your dog will thank you! If you have questions, post to the MeetUp wall. If you think you may get lost trying to find the location, email me and I will send you my phone number.
We are thrilled that folks are enthusiastic about joining us on our hikes! Please understand that we can only accommodate a certain number of folks and pups on a given hike. Our group sizes are limited to ensure that we can effectively manage each group. You are welcome to RSVP with a guest (or two), but if the hike is filled up, please respect our limitations. There are more hikes on the way, you won't be left out!
Weston and I look forward to seeing you Saturday!
