Fall Foliage Landscape Photography with Dave Henry

The world is your canvas to photograph and there’s no better opportunity to fill up your hard drives than during Mother Nature’s fall foliage season. Lighting changes constantly outdoors and with those changes brings possibilities . . . big possibilities for tremendous pictures. This three-hour program will incorporate traditional topics such as exposure and composition, and using the camera’s controls to fine-tune those fall colors for great results. Also, we’ll show you how newer in-camera technologies like HDR (High Dynamic Range), panoramas and tilt-shift lens techniques can be leveraged to get beautiful images of fall’s colors. We’ll also discuss different types of filters for improving the overall look of your fall foliage pictures.

I attended this after making plans to go to Colorado to shoot the Aspens (but cancelled after all the flooding and problems in CO). I enjoyed the views of the various places in the CA Sierras and I will make my plans to go there next year.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
