An Introduction to DotNetNuke

DotNetNuke is an ASP.NET based Framework for the web that uses an open source MIT license. Most commonly known on the web as a “content management system”, the possibilities for DotNetNuke exceed well beyond the basic CMS. In this session we’ll take a quick tour of the DotNetNuke framework as it comes “out of the box” and jump straight into how to extend DotNetNuke using 3rd party extensions or your own ASP.NET code. We will also look at several real world examples of where DotNetNuke can be used in industry (other than as a CMS).
