WECT on notice

I called WECT tv yesterday to see if there would be any coverage of over 100 people demonstrating at Rep. McIntyre's office yesterday since they covered 15 pro-healcare protesters this week already. "No, we doidn't get any video" Cary sent NUMEROUS press releases. Did we make a mistake protesting outside the Star-News or what?! Time and again we have counter protested these guys and shown up with 5-10 times the amount of people. No coverage. I extend my apologies to Star-News (although you are owned by the NY Times)and hereby devote some of my time to making Wilmington aware of the WECT bias.

I called WECT about this today (before I saw this post) and talked to a Sam Sexton (who the station manager gave my message to) and he told me he was unaware of the rally. Without knowing if they were specifically told about the rally, I noted this was a NATIONAL news story and that those who couldn't go to DC were going to meet outside local offices. He continued to plead his ignorance. Upon reading this post I got angry because they WERE told about it and chose not to cover it. I have sent a scathing email to him about not being fair and choosing sides in this debate. I am contemplating sending an email to Malkin, Ingraham, O'reilly, and Beck. Do you think we can shed any light on this? Can we find out the advertisers for the local news and let them know we are no longer watching WECT because of their bias? Any ideas on what to do. Media reform is a vital part of the reform in our country!

Cary has copies of the sent press releases! Sam Sexton is a lying sack of &%$#. I am up for any plan of action. My time will either go towards this WECT-TV project OR, depending on this weekend's vote, devote myself to Rep McIntyres downfall. If our congressman proves himself a socialist as well as a political coward, I will be a man with one specific focus....unseat Mike McIntyre.

Unseating these people should be the focus anyway. ny 23 or 24 ?should be the prime example of everything that is wrong with the party. I myself feel the party needs to be changed from within by endorsing and backing conservatives or libertarian types. it can be done as you know locally. dont pay attention to these nimrods, they dont care !!! its not about you its about them. I am totally new to this so my voice obviously doesnt carry weight but i hope i am thinking on the right track. I voted mclame in pres. election only because Iwas confounded. I now am trying to get invoved to reduce damage i feel i have done. by voting mclame i gave his left leaning position credibility. THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN !!!! as for the press , they will never listen anyway so why let them get to you. they lost all credibility anyway. oh, and by the way. Who is WECT anyway ? never heard of them. chuckle, chuckle.

I am beyond pissed right now, that pelosi with her deer in the headlights look victorious in her liberal utopian healthcare dream. have they no shame.will the senate pass it,i dont know. america is starting to look like nothing more than a welfare state.the usa is broke, we borrow all. I am becoming ashamed of myself by calling myself an AMERICAN. This is not my country anymore. it has been stolen right out from under me. this govt is so out of control,so out of touch. the people have no fight. they are more worried about voting for the next surviver or american idol. i used to say 7 out of 10 people were morons.now, i am sure that # is much higher. how did this happen. I am just flabbergasted. are we that weak as a country, we are the laughing stock of the world. No credibility at all. This country is becoming a joke ...... where can i go to get away from this failed dream of the founding fathers. I can give up right now sell all my stuff buy a shack in hawaii and collect foodstamps and welfare..in 2 wks. and why not, what is left. sitting on the beach and collecting welfare is better than busting my ass for the greedy polititions who expect me to kick in. the polititions who dont listen,the polititions who dont care, the polititions who sit from on high and expect us to worship them because they gave the chattering class,the little people, some table scraps. screw them. I am freakin super pissed off right now !!!!
