Celebrate St. Pattys with some Irish culture via Four Shillings Short!

It's an Irish celebration! We are happy to present Four Shillings Short in Concert for a night of music, stories and poetry in Celebration of Ireland. The Celtic/Folk/World music duo Four Shillings Short play Traditional & Original music from Ireland on a fantastic array of instruments (over 30) including Hammered Dulcimer, Mandolin, Mandola, Bouzouki, Tinwhistles, Recorders, Medieval and Renaissance Woodwinds, North Indian Sitar, Charango, Bowed Psaltery, Banjo, Bodhran, Guitar, Percussion, vocals and even a Krumhorn.

Meetup may be canceled if less than three other members RSVP to attend.

    NOTICE PRICE CHANGE: SEE BOTTOM OF POST

    Four Shillings Short an international duo playing over thirty instruments from around the world and singing in English, Irish, Spanish and Sankrit. Christy Martin and Aodh Og OTuana will delight the audience with their songs, stories and poems. The concert will run from 7:30 to 9:30. With a half an hour intermission. During intermission Irish Storyteller Maureen Korte and Northern Irish Storyteller Adrian McDowell will delight audiences with stories of the Irish people. The Foy Irish Dancers will also perform during intermission. Gramercy Tap will have a drink special for the night and those showing proof of attendance will receive a 10% discount on a meal. The cost is $12.00 in advance by e-mailing [masked] or calling [masked] or $15.00 at the door. All ages welcome, appropriate for all ages.
