Energy Efficiency Workshop: Keeping It Simple and Practical

Do you know how much of your monthly electricity bill goes to transmission, generation or distribution?

What are some of the main ways we all waste energy in our homes?

Interested in learning more about DC programs that provide financial assistance for home energy efficiency upgrades?

Are you and your neighbors familiar with the resources provided by the DC Sustainable Energy Utility?

Join us for an exciting presentation on how you can make your home more energy efficient. By improving energy efficiency, we can save money, save on energy resources, make our home environments more comfortable and, on a larger scale, help to reduce carbon emissions in our region.

Pamela Nelson, Energy Efficiency Outreach Specialist at the DC Office of the People's Counsel, will give a hands-on, interactive presentation on ways we can all improve energy efficiency in our homes. http://ees.opc-dc.gov/

Following her presentation, Hasim Dawkins, Community Relations Manager at the DC Sustainable Energy Utility, will talk about the energy efficiency programs administered by the SEU and its partners. http://dcseu.com/

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
