I am an official independent sales agent for Washington Gas Energy Services' 100% Wind Power Division. Currently many PEPCO customers are paying MORE for dirty (coal-fired) electricity than WGES is charging for 100% wind energy. 301-270-3012

absolutely. I can get experts from WGES and local DC NPOs that deal with environmental issues to speak.
