Hidding aspects os Swiss job market. Ways to get in touch with Hiring Managers.

What do you think it is the most difficult issue about the Swiss Job Market?

For a non german speaker, the most lockout factor is german, of course. But, moreover, there're another issues vey important. For the, the number one is the references. I think Swiss companies wanted to have Swiss ,or at least well-known references about a candidate. And that's very difficult for a job seeker from abroad.

I'm a passionate of finance looking for a challenging job in Zurich area. I'm new in town and I'd like to meet people to share experiences and learn about Swiss job market.
