  • Let's try a different venue. I have been wanting to try this campground. It is just down the road from Myrtle Beach and I have heard a lot of good things about it. There are only 20 sites left so if we are going we will have to reserve quickly. I don't think they have cabins but there may be places nearby for those who are not up to the possible cold. I do not want to be there alone so I am not reserving unless some others want to go.

I wish we could make it, we had a lot of fun past two years. We are staying with family this year.

David, if you want to go, get reservation soon. This Park fills up very quickly, sometimes a year in advance. Ann and Paul

We've been camping at Huntington Beach State Park for 25 years. It is ABSOLUTELY our favorite state park in South Carolina. That said, it can be very windy and cool at Thanksgiving, so be prepared. Don't know if we can make it. Our pop-up does not do well in either wind or cold. Good seafood restaurants in both Murrels Inlet and Georgetown. Ann and Paul

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
